Technology Help

Ways To Get Help at GCC

In-Person Service Desk: This is by far the best way to get help. Come to our Service Desk (located in the Computer Commons in High Tech 1) and we'll take care of all your account aches and pains. 

Phone: Call Technology Help at 623-845-3555. We'll do our best to solve your technology problems, including Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID) issues.  Be prepared to answer security questions to verify your identity as a GCC student.

Email: Send your question to helpdesk@gccaz.edu. Please send the email from your own account, preferably your Maricopa Student Email account, so we can verify that we are sending the information to the correct person.  We answer emails during our hours of operation.

Other Types of Technology Help

If you are having a problem with Canvas, student e-mail, MEID or My.maricopa.edu, the Maricopa Community College District offers 24-hour technical support.

To look up or create your student MEID, go to the MEID Account Wizard.  To change your MEID password use the Student Personal Administration Tool (SPAT)

Log in to your student email account.
