Step 6: Attend New Student Orientation
You'll be ready for college after attending College 101 New Student Orientation (NSO).
College 101 New Student Orientation (NSO) is a required, 1.5 hour, free class (usually held the week before classes start) that will introduce you to the GCC campus, culture, your fellow students, and academic expectations. Please call the Enrollment Center at (623) 845-3333 to reserve your spot, or log in to your Maricopa Student Center (use the search term "NSO") to save your spot. We have an NSO class that will work with your schedule!
What should I bring to NSO?
You do not need to bring anything! TIP: Bring a copy of your class schedule. During the campus walking tour you will learn where your classrooms are located.
