HCM

Effective August 1, all full-time non-exempt employees (M&O, Crafts, PSA, Public Safety and all OYOs, OSOs, and Specially Funded positions in these classifications) will be required to log their hours worked and submit their timesheet during each pay period in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Read the FAQ for more details.

FMS

PeopleSoft Financial Management System (FMS) is now live! Read the FAQ for more details.

Request Website Changes

Please submit requests for website edits to helpdesk@gccaz.edu, and include a link to the page that needs to be changed.
Update My Employee Page

Use this form to submit a biography, areas of expertise and a link to your own website on your employee page.
(Employee bio pages pull room number, phone number, familiar name and personal website URL from the MEMO/PAT tool.)

Business Services Budget and financial planning, auxiliary services, cashier's services for employees and fiscal office forms.
Campus Bookstore Follett Bookstore
College Advancement Services Communications, marketing and advertising, media relations, PIO, public relations, graphic design, speakers bureau, GCC logos, GCC email signature generator and model release form.
Copy Center and Mail Center Photocopies, intercampus and outgoing mail. Visit the Copy Center for 25+ copies. For 1 to 25 copies use any copy machine (and your Dept. PIN number).
CTLE The Center for Teaching, Learning and Engagement offers training on college systems like Canvas, College Financials System (CFS) and Google Apps, and supports faculty with classes and training.
Facilities Management Maintenance and operations (M&O), facility use and rental, work order requests, key requests, receiving and property control.
Furnishings Management Furnishings Management supports the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) initiatives outlined in the College Master Plan.
IRPC Integrated Resource Planning Committee
Public Safety (Security) Main Campus Safety Office(623) 845-3535, is located just north of the Math building and south of the Life Science Annex Building. North Campus Safety Office(623) 845-4111, is located on the far eastern side of campus by the classroom commons.
Receiving Department Requests for printer paper, delivering and accepting packages, receiving and invoicing recordsinventory & property control, sending out UPS packages.
Recycle Program What is recyclable? Green Efforts, Commingled Recycling, Request Recycle Pick-up, Zero Waste Program, Main Campus recycling stations, North Campus recycling stations.
Reserve a Meeting Room or Space (25Live) Use the 25Live scheduling system to check room availability or to request meeting or event space.
Reserve a Vehicle A fleet of vehicles is available for use on a first-come, first-served basis, for official College/District business.
Resource Development How to donate property, make a financial gift, create a Scholarship or Endowment. View college initiative and scholarship programs.
Strategy, Planning and Accountability (SPA) Facts at a Glance, Enrollment Monitoring Report (EMR), Compliance Repository, Strategic Planning Task Force (SPTFr), Strategic Plan, Needs Analysis Survey, Accreditation, National Center for Education Statistics IPEDS, Course Capacity, and Surveys.
Trip Reduction Program Reduce air pollution by reducing drive-alone trips to the campus. This site offers information on other ways to get to campus: carpool, vanpool, bicycle, bus and compressed schedule options.
