These one-mile Heart Walks add healthy activity to your day. Choose a colored trail: Red or Orange. Each trail equals a mile. Join the walk anywhere along the loop, and finish where you started.
Start walking a one-mile Heart Walk two to three times a week. After a few weeks of conditioning, add one more day. Or maybe, walk one of these routes twice a day. Either way, start doing something for your health now. Grab a buddy, head out the door and walk.
