RICOH Mail & Copy Services

The Copy Center is managed by Ricoh, an outside vendor contracted by the Maricopa District to provide facilities management services. RICOH provides many copy and mail services:

Large scale print projects

Laminating

Copies and odd size copies

Cutting

Color copies

Servicing copiers on campus

Color paper

U.S. & intercampus mail distribution/pick-up

Book binding

Bulk mail metering

Note: Only Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Publisher files accepted. 

U.S. postage stamps are available at the Bookstore. FedEx supplies are available at the Receiving department. RICOH does not process personal mail or packages. Please visit a branch of the U.S. Postal Service for personal mail/package services.

Frequent Questions

Where can I make copies?
Use any campus copy machine for small volume copying (under 25 pages). Simply enter your department PIN number to be billed later. For larger quantities, visit the Copy Center.

How do I find out my PIN number?
Ask your department secretary to learn how copy requests are managed.

Are there copyright restrictions on what I can copy?
Yes. See the MCCCD Copyright Guidelines. To copy any copyrighted materials submit a Copyright Release form (.pdf).

May I submit copy jobs via e-mail?

Yes. Please attach both your completed Copy Center Digital Request form and your document file when you email ROCOH at copycenter@gccaz.edu.

How do I dispute a copy center charge?

If you wish to dispute the number of copies charged on a completed job ticket, please download and complete the GCC Copy Charge Dispute Form (.xls)  and submit it to the Copy Center. Include a sample of the problem item or the request form with the incorrect charges.

Where can I leave outgoing mail?

When mail is delivered to your department, outgoing mail is picked up. You may also deposit outgoing mail in the secure mailbox located outside the Copy Center. Pick-up times for the outdoor mailbox are weekdays at 8:30 a.m., 2 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. 

May I pick up mail from the mailroom?
No.

How will I receive mail?
Mail is delivered weekdays to your department, then sorted and dispersed by the department representative.  

How long does it take for internal/intercampus mail to be delivered?
Most intercampus mail picked up today will be sent out the next business day. Delivery depends on the mail services at the other campus.

Do I need to presort outgoing mail?
Please sort regular U.S. Mail from intercampus mail.

Do you deliver packages?
No. Package delivery is managed by Campus Receiving.

Do you process "special" outgoing mail (i.e. signature required, insured, etc.)
The mailroom will only process official college business mailings.

How do I process bulk mail?
Find bulk mailing rules and regulations at usps.com. Contact the Copy Center if you have 200 or more of the exact same mailing.
