The Planning and Budget Process provides a means to address operational and capital budget requests and strategic goals for the college. Operational requests include costs related to existing programs and services, such as increased personnel costs due to enrollment growth or replacement of equipment and materials. Strategic goals are responses to opportunities and/or changes in the environment. Strategic goals have action plans that detail the resources needed to implement the plan.
The Business Office will allocate resources in alignment with strategic planning, operational planning and assessment to ensure adequate funding for the strategic needs of Glendale Community College.
