Admissions, Records & Registration

The office of Admissions, Records & Registration handles all the required documentation that new students must submit in order enroll at GCC. You'll also see us when you're ready to graduate and transfer to a university.

Change in Hours of Service

Effective Feb. 1, 2016 the following offices will be closing no later than 6 p.m.: Enrollment Center, Veterans Services Center, Testing & Student Success buildings at the main campus; and the Student Services Building at GCC North. (Note: earlier closing times may be in effect for specific days and offices.)

The change in hours impacts the following offices:

  • Admissions and Records
  • Academic Advisement
  • Cashier/Fiscal Services
  • Financial Aid
  • Gaucho 101
  • Global Education Services
  • Testing Services
  • Veterans Services

Admissions to the College

Glendale Community College admits students who: 

  • Have graduated from a high school, which is accredited by a regional accrediting association as defined by the United States Office of Education or approved by a State Department of Education or other appropriate state educational agency.
  • Have a high school certificate of equivalency (GED).
  • Have at least 18 years of age and demonstrates evidence of potential success in the college.
  • Are transfer students in good standing from another college or university.

Students under age 18 can also attend GCC, provided they meet eligibility requirements.
