Main Campus:
Monday – Thursday: 5 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. - 1 p.m.; 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: Fri. 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.;
Sunday: Closed.

North Campus:
Monday, Wednesday 5 a.m. - Noon
Monday, Wednesday 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 5 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday 5 a.m. - Noon
Friday 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - Noon
Sunday: Closed.


The GCC Fitness Center and Adapted Fitness Center at Main and the GCC North Fitness Center are open six days a week to fit the busy schedules of the students, employees and community members we serve.

We offer personal training and specialty fitness classes. You'll find all the current fitness machines and tools - free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, mats, stability balls and a TRX training system. Whether you enroll for credit or non-credit classes, our qualified instructors will set up a fitness program to fit your needs. 

Students enrolled in Fitness Center credit class must complete the orientation and first workout by the "Must Show Date" to avoid being withdrawn from the class.  Credit students are graded based on time accumulated. Visit Canvas to see the syllabus for more information on grade requirements. 

All participants are required to complete a health history form.  Students with disease risk factors may be required to obtain medical clearance.
