Whether you want to become a fitness professional, or just train with one, the Fitness and Wellness department has classes to fit your needs - and your lifestyle.

We offer certificates in nutrition and personal training, and an associate degree in Exercise Science; these prepare you for national certification and provide a solid foundation for a career as a fitness professional.

Looking for group exercise classes or activities? We have many PED classes that will get you moving and feeling good. Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, dance, backpacking, hiking, swimming, triathlon and sports of all sorts - find a way to exercise that's fun for you!

If you are looking for self improvement in mind, body and spirit, you have come to the right place! Check out our Wednesday lineup of classes on meditation, essential oils, aromatherapy, alternative medicine, and organic gardening.

The Fitness Centers at Main and North are open to the public and feature an array of gym equipment, mats, balls, TRX, adapted fitness equipment and other tools, along with experienced and certified trainers, to help you meet your changing fitness needs.
