2nd Annual Mental Health Awareness Expo

Our annual Mental Health Awareness events are free and open to the general public. This year, we extend a cordial invitation to our First Responders (Police Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Responders, Mental Health Crisis/Trauma Responders, Counselors, etc). To honor their service and dedication, our conferences and activities are specially designed to help First Responders better cope with the stressful demands of keeping our community safe. This event will offer three components: 1. Mental Health Career Fair, 2. Mental Health Resource Fair, and 3. Mental Health Conferences.

Mental Health Career and Resource Fair

The Mental Health Career Fair is an opportunity for community members and students to apply at reputable behavioral health provider agencies, and network with local organizations who provide mental health services. Onsite Job Interviews, Dress to Impress!

The Mental Health Resource Fair will provide mental health awareness and education with interactive resource booths, including mental health screening (i.e., depression, anxiety, distress), biofeedback, mindfulness meditation, ECG Monitoring Demos, bio-dots, mental health checklist, stress management techniques, and trivia games. Save a Life: Learn Bleeding Control Techniques and Hands Only CPR.

The Mental Health Career and Resource Fair is a free event open to the general public. No registration is required, however, a chance to win gift prizes will be provided to those who RSVP by April 14, 2018. RSVP for the Career and Resource Fair.

Mental Health Conferences
