Microsoft Desktop Support Technology (CCL)

Program Information

The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Microsoft Desktop Support Technology is designed to provide training to work in an entry-level computer maintenance and help-desk position. Students will develop the skills to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Recommended Course Sequence

Semester I 7-11 Credits Grade Sem/Year

CIS190 may be substituted for MST140 or CNT140AA, but it is not offered at GCC. Students choosing this option would need to take CIS190 in Semester 2 instead because of its CIS105 prerequisite.
