The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Microsoft Desktop Support Technology is designed to provide training to work in an entry-level computer maintenance and help-desk position. Students will develop the skills to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

CIS190 may be substituted for MST140 or CNT140AA, but it is not offered at GCC. Students choosing this option would need to take CIS190 in Semester II instead because of its CIS105 prerequisite.
