Business Office Computer Applications (CCL)

Program Information

The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Business Office Computer Applications program includes courses in the following areas: general office computer usage and applications, operating systems, word processing, database, and spreadsheets. Other business skills, including accounting, business calculations and English, are integrated in the program. The curriculum is designed to help prepare students to use common business computer application software in a professional office setting.

Program Notes

You must earn a grade of “C” or better in all courses required within this program.

A total of 2-4 credits of Restricted Electives are required for this program. Some restricted electives may have prerequisites and/or corequisites that are not included in the total program credits. If you are interested in taking restricted electives that had additional requisites, you will need to adjust your academic plan to incorporate these courses, or obtain permission from your instructor to waive these requirements based on prior experience and/or training.

If you are interested in continuing your education, courses in this CCL program may be applied towards the Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Business Office Computer Applications and/or a second CCL in Business Office Assistant.
